THE BEST CROISSANTS IVE HAD.... and I didn't even get to try the chocolate croissants. I make it a point to always get croissants if it's available, just cause I want to find the best croissants around Texas and this is by far the best I've had. The other items were also very good, including the kolaches and breads. The cookies on the other hand were a little disappointing... BUT GET THE CROISSANTS!

Breakfast from Heaven's Bistro Bakery is delicious. The Frittatas are a go to for me & my hubby. I love their croissants too light & fluffy. All their baked goods are yummy my favorites are the cowboy cookie, lemon bar, coconut macaroons & passionata mouss. I think you'll enjoy anything you try at Heaven's Bistro Bakery.

I go especially for the almond croissants but try something else different every time I go. The croissants are still my favorite. They're flaky, buttery and crispy with the right amount of sweetness (almond). The only bad thing is they run out by 9am. Good news is you can call and reserve one AND sometimes the pastry chef decides to make more and I'm lucky enough to snatch one after work.

I have been waiting a while to write this review. I'm happy to give this place five stars for a few reasons. I have been here a few times before the pandemic and have had their sandwich and cake on another occasion at work. I have to say that they have the best red Velvet cake that I have ever had. Hands down the best! Absolutely moist inside...

This is a lovely local bakery - good coffee and a wide variety of pastries at a price point that can suit anyone (they have .75 lemon cookies at one end as well as more elaborate fare such as cheesecakes, pannacotta and a great selection of macarons). I have also been impressed with how they handled COVID protocols and am happy to see that they seem to be busier lately...
